What caused my tinnitus?

Thank you so much for this site Dr. Nagler.
Short Story: 9/2015 got pinch nerve in right arm from lifting weights. 11/2015 had a crown put on my bottom right side. 12/15 (my 50th birthday)I flew to North Ca. played tennis/frisbee golf in 35 degree weather. Next day eyes would not stop twitching. Start of January eyes continue to twitch, right ear and jaw hurting, severe headache, very dizzy, my head felt it was going to explode for a long time and left leg going numb laying on left side. GP prescribed prednisone for 2 weeks because my ear still had water in it for 3 months. Many doctors later I went through two different antibiotics because doctors said I had ear/sinus infection.Late January I went to a pub with music and had a beer I(i know that was pretty stupid by the way I was feeling) when I left my head had a lot of pressure in it.  Next morning I woke up with buzzing in my head. Because of the buzzing and other symptoms, 5/2016 I saw an ENT he said I have etd in right ear and allergies. He checked to see if I had a tumor. NO but he said how red and inflamed it was. GP sent me to a TMJ specialist. Found out I had tmj on both sides of my jaw.My jaw was dislocated. It is back as far as I know. Dizziness finally went away in July 2016. Clicking in jaw right side still plus my ear pop all the time. Even if I am just sitting and not swallowing. They fell sticky. I also was going through the death of my mom with breast cancer and had a horrible class last year (elementary teacher). I saw a PT and found out my neck muscles were stuck. I couldn't move my head to the right for months. I have been going to massages since April 2016. My neck muscles and right should are almost back to normal. They were so bad they continued to twitch all the time.
Questions: Is the popping of my ears due to tinnitus? Can inflammation cause tinnitus? If so, once gone, will the tinnitus go? I have read about the CNS with tinnitus. Could it be because of all the stress not knowing what is going on with me? Could it be the music at the pub that night? I still have headaches a few times a week. Is that normal with tinnitus? Every time I eat or drink I have to blow my nose. Is this something with tinnitus? Can neck muscles contribute to tinnitus? I know you can't tell me for sure what it really could be but wanted to know what you think.
I appreciate all that you do. Thanks for listening and I look forward to your reply.
Happy Holidays
Donna
