Hello Dr.Nagler. Been awhile since i've written. I'm now around 21 months in my tinnitus journey. I have been doing so much better lately. Probably a 3 on your scale. Its been a long hard journey, but with your help and guidance, i can now see the light at the end of the tunnel. I was wondering if i should worry about ever going back to square one. Like a relapse. And if i do, will i be able to habituate quicker?
